However, because our pieces use natural materials (seaglass, shells, stones) and because computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be 100% accurate. ​AI Disclosure: Please note that some lifestyle or background imagery on this website may be generated or enhanced using Artificial Intelligence (AI). These images are for illustrative and aesthetic purposes only. The actual jewellery products are physical, handcrafted items as described.

​3. Pricing & Payments

​All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). ​We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without notice. ​Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment gateways. Seaform Studio does not store your full credit card details.

​4. Shipping & Address Accuracy

​Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. ​Liability: Seaform Studio is not liable for any lost or misdelivered packages if the address provided was incorrect or incomplete. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the item.

​5. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

​We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, or orders containing pricing errors.

Seaform Studio shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, the misuse of jewellery or small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Our products are intended for decorative wear only.
