3. Handcrafted Nature & Faulty Items
Unique Variations: Please note that because we use genuine beachcombed sea glass, shells, and stones, no two pieces are identical. Minor variations in shape, size, and colour are a testament to the natural origin of your jewellery and are not considered faults.
Damaged or Faulty Items: We take great care in packaging your orders. If an item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo and/or video evidence. In the case of a verified fault, Seaform Studio will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
4. Jewellery Care Guide
Your Seaform Studio jewellery is designed for daily wear, featuring high-quality PVD gold plating which is highly resistant to tarnishing. To keep your pieces looking their best:
Rinse: After a swim in the ocean, rinse your jewellery in fresh water to remove salt and sand.
Chemicals: Avoid direct contact with harsh perfumes, lotions, or cleaning chemicals.
Storage: When not in use, store your jewellery in its original packaging or a cool, dry place to prevent scratches on the sea glass and pearls.
